Sports Equipment, Sports Construction & Sports Resurfacing
The company's office is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Max Davis (President/Owner) and his experienced staff can provide the local, national and international sports community with top quality products, as well as professional sports construction and resurfacing services.

We focus on the following sports: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Volleyball and Track equipment and supplies.

Our Sports Construction crews specialize in the following region: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Northern Florida. Our company also works with other sports construction companies in other parts of the country to make sure we cover a wider customer base, rather than just the region listed above.

The Sports Construction Division includes: All types of construction, resurfacing and repair of soft & hard surface tennis courts, basketball courts, and multi-sport courts. Also indoor Sportspan Structures (most affordable pre-engineered building in the world). We are also associated with sports lighting and two national leading artificial sport turf companies.

FOUNDER BIO

Max Davis is the President and Owner of NRSM, Inc. in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. His company specializes in top quality sports products, as well as professional sports construction and resurfacing services.

Davis is currently the Director of Tennis for the Sheraton's Broadway Plantation Resort in Myrtle Beach. Even though he didn't start playing tennis until he was 16 years old, his skills were good enough to play on two college tennis teams earning two athletic scholarships. (Columbia Basin College & USC Coastal Carolina).

This USPTA Tennis Professional previously worked as Director of Tennis at the Myrtle Beach Hilton Oceanfront Resort, Head Tennis Professional at Lakewood Country Club, Director of Junior Development and Special Events at Sea Pines Racquet Club (Hilton Head Island, SC), Director of Tennis at The Homestead Tennis and Swim Club (Englewood, CO), and the Head Coach for the USC-Coastal Carolina University Women's Tennis Team (1984-86).

In addition to the positions listed above, Max served as a graduate assistant coach at the University of Tennessee (1997) working with both the men's and women's tennis programs. He also coached 9 years in the high schools ranks. His Hilton Head Prep girls tennis team were the 1987 South Carolina Private School State Champions.

Max received a Bachelor degree in Business from USC-Coastal Carolina (1982), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Recreation & Leisure Management from Coastal Carolina University (1995).

In 1997 he earned a Masters of Science degree in Education, Human Performance and Sports, with a concentration in Sports Administration from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). For his Master's project he developed a handbook titled "A Coaching Guide for College Coaches"

Davis represents Volkl and K-Swiss Apparel, Shoes and Tennis Rackets. He is also a member of the United States Professional Tennis Registry.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How quickly will my order be processed? All orders will be processed immediately once payment arrangements have been approved. Most items are in-stock and shipped within 48 hours from our warehouses. Specialty items like Powder Coated Benches & Bleachers usually take a little longer. Windscreens take usually 7 to 10 days depending on size of the order and if custom logos are involved. Backboards are also a custom item which requires 10 to 14 days to make and ship out.

What are your hours of operation? Official business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Although orders can be taken via email or by fax 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. We are usually closed from Dec. 20 to Jan 5 every year for the Holidays.

What type of warranty can be expected on these products? We follow the guidelines of the manufacturer product and service warranties. If for any reason that your products is defected from workmanship by the manufacturer, we will do what it takes to make sure you are totally satisfied. Special Note - we have been very successful will all our suppliers and the products we market as well as service. NRSM, Inc. has found no need to offer any additional warranties on any of our products or services. Our customers have been very satisfied with our business for over 25 years.

Why are some items and services not priced on the website? Due to some restrictions from our manufacturers we have chosen not to list prices for some of our products and services. And prefer our customers contact us direct for specific information and pricing. This way we can guide you in the right direction on making the proper decision on your purchase.

How can we benefit from your type of Competitive Pricing? After many years in the business we have developed a very aggressive pricing structure. Our staff has researched the top twenty catalog and Internet suppliers, and we have made the proper adjustments to have some, if not the lowest prices in the business. The price chart below will assist you in understanding how we are able to set our prices to give your program the best prices in the business.

GENERAL PRICING STRUCTURE INFORMATION
NRSM, Inc. Competitive Pricing - We have adjusted our products and services prices to be some of the most aggressive in the country. Every product and service that we provide is specially priced. Plus we will give you a special discount on your freight as well. Why buy from anyone else?
Competitors Pricing - Our experienced staff has spent over twenty-five years in the industry and we know our competitors products and prices. We have found that most of the top twenty suppliers like ourselves have much higher prices, some even at or more than suggested retail. With usually no discount on shipping charges.
Institutional Pricing - Some manufacturers have special pricing for schools which are very close to Full MSRP Price. With little to no discount on freight.
Direct Manufacturer Pricing - Most customers think that by going direct to the manufacturer, you are going to save money. Not always the case. Most national manufacturers have a dealer network in place to work with customers rather than the customers calling them direct. Even if you can buy, you will have to paid full suggested price, with no discount on shipping charges.
Construction Accounts - Usually have to pay 5% to 10% more than Suggested Retail by going direct to the manufacturer.

TERMS AND POLICIES
1. Prices Subject to Change
2. Minimum Orders of $50.00. Small service charge of $5.00 for smaller orders.
3. New Customers - Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Certified bank check.
4. Customers with established credit -Terms from net 10 to net 30 depending on the customer and the items or services needed.
5. 1.5% per month penalty will be applied on all late balances.
6. Non -Warranty Returns require a NRSM, Inc. authorization with a 15% restock fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping if product is not damaged due to shipping or manufacturers workmanship. Notice within two weeks of receipt, and item must not have been used (new condition).
7. All Custom Orders may not be canceled or returned for any reason, and require payment in advance.
8. Warranty Returns -Replacement liability as specified by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have a product/service that is covered under a manufacturers warranty and you feel that your product/service is defected in any way, we will evaluate that product/service to determine what steps will be taken to make sure that you are totally satisfied with the outcome. This must be done within the first two weeks and you must notify NRSM, Inc. directly.
9. Once items and services have been received, the owner takes full responsibity for the operations and proper use or maintenance. NRSM, Inc. and its associated companies will not be held responsible for any misuse of the items or services that have been purchased.
PRIVACY POLICY

NRSM, Inc. will not release any of our customers names, addresses, email addresses or product images for any reason to anyone unless full written permission has been granted.

Also all credit card transaction are fully secure with every product and service that we provide.
