- Contractor to provide for each post, a 24" diameter x 30" deep hole.
- Insert a 12" long # 3 reinforcing bar in each post at bottom hole located 9" form end of post.
- Install support posts in hole, bottom of post 6" form bottom of hole.
- Align top mounting holes in post 6' - 3" center to center, holes facing out.
- Support the post in holes with 2" x 4" shoring.
- Pour concrete an let cure.
- After concrete has cured, attach bench support brackets, facing in between support post, with the 1/2" x 3 1/2" long bolts provided. Bolt heads facing out on end locations. A flat washer (1/2") shall be installed under each bolt head and under the nylon insert nut prior to the nut tightening.
- Before complete tightening of the bench brackets to the post, install cedar bench pieces to the supports with the provided 3/8" nylon insert nut only.
- Lift aluminm frame top in palce and line up the mounting holes in the aluminum angle with the two -post mounting holes. Insert the 1/2" x 4" long bolt with a 1/2" flat washer inder the bolt head and under the 1/2" nylon insert nut. Tighten top frame securely.
- Tighten bench support frame to posts.
- Tighten cedar bench pieces in place until carriage bolt square heads, sinks into cedar.
- Fit up cabana cover in place.
- Lace up cover with lacing provided. Lace through eyelets around 1/2" diagram, round aluminum on underneath side of frame all around, pull tight and secure.
- Install matching cooler stands on correct support post. Bolts and nuts provided.
